Leona Lewis just put out a new 3-track EP called 'Hurt.' Every track is a cover song. They're good too. Not as good as her cover of Snow Patrol's 'Run,' but they're still pretty decent covers. Leona Lewis' cover of Nine Inch Nails' 'Hurt' is done well. It's very unexpected. I still prefer the Johnny Cash cover, because he sang it with so much pain + emotion. She's not 'hurting' nearly as badly, but I hear her pain. She also covered the classic Goo Goo Dolls tune, 'Iris.' This one is the most unexpected cover. This is also my favorite one. She's singing out her pain in this track. I know that sounds morbid, but deep emotion makes for a good tune.
