I just heard the Basement Jaxx remix of Vampire Weekend's 'White Sky' yesterday + I was blown away. I have much respect for Basement Jaxx. They make some good music + have classic remixes. Well, they did it again with this one. They took the fun, quirkiness of Vampire Weekend's original + turned it into a crazy anthem. Much love! N.E.R.D.'s 'Hypnotize U' was also remixed by a well known DJ, Alex Metric. He took the soulful, seductive original + turned it disco electro funk. I know, that sounds insane. But he did it + much props to him.
